Digitalization of automotive aftermarket

EMPTA extends its heartfelt appreciation to TecAlliance for extending an invitation to EMPTA members to participate in a session focused on the digitalization of product management and data management in the automotive aftermarket. The event provided an excellent platform for sharing innovations and solutions in this rapidly evolving sector.

The presentations covered a range of crucial topics, including accessibility, availability, customer experience improvement, fitment accuracy, real-time updates, integration with e-commerce platforms, and product life cycle management.
