It was an evening filled with gratitude for years of dedicated service to the automotive industry and a commitment to sustainable practices. Here’s to the continued success and growth of MAARA!

EMPTA celebrated its 53rd Anniversary with the 143-table gala dinner which was graced by YB Liew Chin Tong, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, Malaysia. Apart from EMPTA members, the event was also joined by representatives from embassies, business chambers and other organizations.

In his speech, YB Liew said the automotive industry is now in the transition as the electric vehicles are gaining traction, with the Japanese car makers also entering the market. He called upon EMPTA to work with the government on related policy to benefit the local automotive parts industry.

In conjunction with the anniversary dinner, EMPTA donated EM50,000 to three schools as part of its social responsibility.
