EMPTA Celebrating Excellence in Education
Today, we celebrated the exceptional academic achievements of bright young minds at the EMPTA Academic Awards 2023 ceremony. This event underscores the paramount importance of education in our rapidly advancing world.
This year, we were thrilled to receive an overwhelming response, with 154 applications from the children of employees and employers of our member companies. After rigorous evaluation, 139 students emerged as outstanding examples of dedication and hard work, meeting our stringent criteria.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our member companies for their generous contributions, which enabled us to raise RM44,000 to cover a significant portion of the event’s expenses.
As part of today’s program, we organized an educational talk themed “Helping Children to Overcome Cyber-Bullying,” aimed at providing valuable insights for both students and parents. Our sincere gratitude goes to teacher Chow Siew Cheun for graciously serving as our esteemed guest speaker. Congratulations once again to all the awardees! Your remarkable achievements serve as a beacon of inspiration for the entire EMPTA community.
