EMPTA engages DOSH on updated OSH Act

Selangor and Federal Territory Engineering and Motor Parts Traders’ Association (EMPTA) recently held a constructive meeting with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to seek clarification on several key updates under the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act.
 
The session aimed to better understand the new requirements, especially those impacting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the automotive parts sectors.
 
EMPTA remains committed to safeguarding the interests of our members by staying proactive in engaging with relevant authorities. We will continue to keep our members informed and supported on matters of workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
