EMPTA meets with Human Resources Minister’s Political Secretary
Today, EMPTA held a constructive meeting with YB Dr. Kelvin Yii, Political Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources, to discuss key human resources challenges affecting our members in the automotive parts and components sector. During the session, EMPTA presented some views and proposals aimed at addressing workforce-related concerns, including labour shortages, training needs, and regulatory compliance. Dr. Yii shared his insights and offered practical advice and recommendations to help industry players navigate these challenges. We thank Dr. Yii for his openness and support.
