


Engagement with parliamentary select committee chairman
EMPTA committee members paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of the Parliamentary Special Select Committee on Domestic Trade, Entrepreneurship, Cost of Living and Agriculture, YB Cha Kee Chin on 28 January 2026..
During the meeting, EMPTA highlighted some key issues and challenges affecting the automotive parts industry, while YB Cha shared insights on the government’s policy-making.
The engagement provided a valuable opportunity for constructive dialogue between industry representatives and policymakers, aimed at enhancing mutual understanding and exploring ways to support sustainable industry growth.
