EMPTA held training human resource management for members on 16 July 2026, providing valuable insights into the latest employment laws and human resource compliance requirements.

Castrol team visits EMPTA

EMPTA was pleased to receive the visit of a team from British lubricants giant on 11 June 2026.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity for both sides to exchange views on the latest developments and trends within the automotive aftermarket industry, as well as discuss matters of mutual interest affecting the sector.

EMPTA values the engagement with industry players across the automotive value chain, we looks forward to continuing its constructive engagement with industry stakeholders in supporting the sustainable growth and development of Malaysia’s automotive parts and complements aftermarket.

Training on EV knowledge  

As part of its continuous commitment to member development, EMPTA organized Electric Vehicle (EV) knowledge training for members at the Motordata Research Consortium (MRC) on 10 June 2026, it was the second round of EV knowledge for members in collaboration with MRC.

The programme enabled members to enhance their understanding of the latest developments in the automotive industry, equipping them with knowledge that will help them adapt to the changing market and prepare for the future of mobility.

EMPTA extends its sincere appreciation to the MRC for hosting the training and sharing its expertise.

Human resource management training for members 

EMPTA held training  on human resource matters for members on 5 June 2026, as part of the association’s continuous efforts to enhance members’ knowledge and business capabilities.

The training was conducted by an experienced human resource professional with more than 20 years of experience in human resource management and consultancy, who shared practical insights and best practices on managing workforce-related challenges in today’s evolving business environment.

The comprehensive training covered several key topics essential for employers, including common human resource management mistakes, best practices in hiring, workplace compliance and productivity, etc.
