EMPTA held a dialogue session with members today to discuss concerns and challenges regarding the Trade Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Engine Oil for Motor Vehicle) Order 2024.
The session provided an opportunity for members to share feedback on certification requirements, stock management, and compliance challenges. EMPTA will consolidate these insights and continue engaging with authorities to seek solutions that safeguard the interests of industry players while ensuring compliance with the new regulation to fight counterfeit engine oil.
